Not all training conferences are created equal. So it’s important to identify your specific training need, and do your research before making your selection and investing money to attend.

Big admin conferences often get all the attention. But small and mid-size admin conferences offer a lot of perks you can’t always get at the big name events – from better networking opportunities to more personalized attention and one on one interaction with speakers and attendees alike.
