Finding a mentor is essential to your administrative success. But when it comes to finding a mentor, it’s important not to think too narrowly. Mentoring takes many different forms. Given that we’re celebrating the International Year of the Secretary and Administrative Assistant this year, we hope to inspire you to get out there a share your knowledge with your fellow admins…and learn from each other, too!
