Organization is a vital skill in managing project effectively. Figuring out which tools and resources to use can be overwhelming when you start researching all the project management tools and applications out there. And once you select a tool, getting it approved for corporate use can be even more daunting!
That’s why I’m a such a huge advocate of becoming a power user of the software and tools you already own. Most likely, everything you need to effectively manage projects is already on your computer. With a little exploring and some training, you can set yourself up for project management success!
