Return Policy
All Things Admin coaching, mentoring, and consulting packages are non-returnable. All Things Admin products may be returned only if they are damaged during shipping and reported immediately to All Things Admin and the shipping carrier upon receipt of the damaged item(s).
Refund Policy
All Things Admin has a no refund policy for all products and services. Missed appointments or sessions may be rescheduled; however, a rescheduling fee may apply. Monthly subscriptions to the Success Series teleclasses may be terminated by contacting All Things Admin through our website’s contact us page.
Delivery Method
All Things Admin coaching, mentoring, and consulting packages are delivered by phone, computer, and/or other electronic means of communication. All Things Admin products are shipped within 7 days of order receipt via the USPS, UPS or FedEx.
